We are seeking a Manufacturing Programs Intern to join our team for the summer in our Denver, Colorado facility.
Duties:
- Maintain project schedule via gantt charts and escalate/highlight root causes for schedule impacts
- Interacting with outside vendors to communicate project scope and get updates on hardware status
- Work with internal software systems to create work orders/purchase orders
- Maintain engine hardware inventory and hardware status
Profile
Experience/Qualifications:
- Applicable manufacturing engineering, aerospace, or supply chain experience from a previous internship / school is preferred.
- Passionate about additive manufacturing and/or aviation/aerospace industry
- Problem solving abilities that bridge aerospace design and manufacturing realities to schedule and budget commitments.
- Able to define clear operational schedules, prioritizes and goals for operations and vendors.
- Curious, flexible, adaptive.
- Able to prioritize their tasks effectively
- Highly Organized
- Combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work Monday-Friday on-site in our Centennial, Colorado location
