As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Director of Operations to support the Lighthouse 3D Print Central Manufacturing facility that supports Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Mission

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting Lighthouse 3D Print Central Manufacturing and managing employees including Print Technicians, Case Coordinators, and Post Print Technicians.
• Provide outstanding leadership for a diverse team, recruit key hires, and implement training and cross training to strengthen service offerings. You will be responsible for developing a high level of excellence with the administrative and technician team.
• Drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. You will foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities.
• Must have a passion for customer service and satisfaction. You will work with the Director of Quality and the team members to ensure that the practices and doctors are highly satisfied with their experiences.
• Proven ability to improve retail business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements.
• Profit and Loss Oversight
• Vendor relationship management
• Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners.

Profile

Requirements:

• 10 years progressive experience managing within a manufacturing, logistics, or retail industry.
• Operations management experience in customer or patient-based industry.
• Profit and loss responsibility with the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements.
• Proven career progression with positions of increased responsibility.
• Sound decision-making skills, drive, and desire to succeed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• Ability to be on site full time at our Syracuse, NY location
• Must be willing to travel 20%

Salary: $100-125k with bonus opportunity
