This role will allow you to apply your experience, networking skills and solution-selling abilities to cultivate relationships and provide solutions in the cutting-edge 3D/additive manufacturing and engineering industries! You will do this by leveraging your existing network, as well as our preexisting partnerships, to offer sophisticated and dynamic solutions.

This role will focus on the established Illinois market as well as the emerging surrounding markets which could include Wisconsin, Indiana and/or Iowa. They expect this to be a hybrid role with minimal (25%) travel that will ultimately be based on a person’s exact location, background and experience.

  • Attend and participate in market / strategically focused associations and networking events
  • Manage relationships with our largest customers/prospects in both pre and post sales situations
  • Participate and contribute to account based marketing campaigns
  • Conduct business development presentations at the customer site
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand prospect needs and requirements and demonstrate the unique potential of GSC’s services
  • Lead sales meetings to report sales performance to management team
  • Participates in short daily/weekly work-in-progress meetings
  • Conduct prospecting calls and schedule meetings




  • A minimum of 3 years business-to-business selling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of strategic and sophisticated sales and marketing concepts
  • Previous industrial or manufacturing/software sales experience
  • Previous knowledge of 3D technologies: 3D printing, additive manufacturing, CAD software (SOLIDWORKS) would be ideal
  • Of course, working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system
