Apis Cor is the first company to develop a specialised equipment for 3D printing in construction which is capable of printing whole buildings completely on site. Our mission is to create fully autonomous equipment that will be able to print buildings on Earth and beyond.
Paid Internship opportunity in a leading company developing 3D printing construction technology. Apis Cor is the finalist of the 2019 NASA Mars Habitat Competition and holder of the current Guinness World Record for constructing the largest 3D printed building on Earth.
We are searching for executive interns studying project management, business & management and operational to assist CEO and executive team with daily operational tasks and support the executive team in a dynamic workplace environment. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, communicative, and be able to draft documents and handle daily operations. During the Internship, you will obtain many different skills and will get experience in new areas. Full-time employment and promotion may be extended after the internship period. Your growth in our company is limited only by your ambitions.

Support CEO’s day-to-day operations;
Arrange deliveries and navigate/coordinate vendors; Placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;
Handling and tracking payments;
Conserves Executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications;
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information;
Other tasks requested by the Executives.
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to solve problems fast
Ability to learn fast and work hard
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Personal skills: a persistent person getting things done and not taking NO for an answer.
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
