Pollen AM has unveiled its Pam Series, a series of 3D printers that includes the Pam Series MC. The French manufacturer also has the Pam Series P – HT, another machine that is part of this collection. According to the 3D printer manufacturer, this solution is designed for performance materials. It uses PAM technology, and allows you to put up to two materials simultaneously. Push the boundaries and enjoy an open 3D printer dedicated to producing ready-to-use performance parts.

Pam Series P – HT Features

As explained above, the Pam Series P – HT uses extrusion technology. This allows the use of a wide range of thermoplastics such as PLA, ABS, and all polyester, polyamide and polycarbonate materials. Metals and ceramics are also materials that the machine can handle. The 3D printer has a dual extrusion head. In terms of dimensions of the printer, it is 834 mm in diameter with a height of 925 mm and a weight of 95 kg.

The performance of the 3D printer is also noteworthy, because it is capable of printing parts with a size of 300 x 300 mm. The size of the nozzles can vary with all these dimensions: 0.25 – 0.40 – 0.60 – 0.80 – 1.00 – 1.20 – 2.00 – 2.50 mm. The printing resolution of the machine is 40µm (Z) & 5µm (X,Y). Regarding the temperature of the extruders and the printing plate, they are respectively at 450°C and between 150°C and 250°C. The Pam Series P-HT is equipped with Honeyprint & Cura software. Moreover, it benefits from a printing speed which can go up to 160 mm/s, allowing you to make high-performance parts in a relatively short time.
