xTool Launches the M1 Ultra, an All-in-One Device for All Creatives

Summer vacations and bad weather are a challenge for many parents, because children don’t like being bored and want to be busy. Old familiar toys quickly lose their appeal and the TV is not a permanent solution either. But what if they only needed one tool to keep them busy, experiment and implement creative ideas? xTool makes it possible with its new M1 Ultra!
The Chinese manufacturer of craft tools and small machines for creative work has launched a new machine that declares war on boredom. The xTool M1 Ultra combines four different tools in just one device. It is simultaneously a laser cutter and engraver, cutting tool, inkjet printer and labeling tool. This makes it ideal for hobbyists, DIY enthusiasts and small creative businesses, as well as (older) children and teenagers who want to turn their ideas into reality. So, let’s take a closer look at how it works.

xTool offers a wide range of machines for the DIY sector. The M1 Ultra is the latest machine.
xTool M1 Ultra: The 4-in-1 Device for Creative Hobbyists
xTool is constantly developing new devices for home use and professional creative applications. The range includes screen printers, laser cutters, engravers and accessories. With the M1 Ultra, xTool has now packed several solutions into one, enabling a particularly high degree of versatility.
Firstly, there is a laser module. This has a 10 W (or 20 W) laser, which can engrave various materials and even cut acrylic. Secondly, the device includes a separate cutting module with various blades. This tool makes it possible to cut and foil different materials thanks to the various attachments. The fine blade cuts paper, stickers, vinyl and materials of a similar thickness. There is also a separate blade for flexible materials and a rotating blade for fabrics such as jeans, cotton and linen. With the help of the Foil Transfer Tip, you can foil workpieces and give them a gold effect.

Furthermore, the xTool M1 Ultra is also an inkjet printer and has its own pen module. The standard package contains eight pens with a thickness of 0.4 mm in the colors red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, violet and black. The module can be expanded to 30 pens.
Applications and Use
These different tools open up a wide range of applications, as the modules can also be easily linked together. For example, you can first cut a workpiece, then engrave it with a laser or cut a piece of fabric and then personalize it with the Pen Module. There are virtually no limits to creativity, and the M1 Ultra allows the production of various DIY products: from decorative items and accessories to small works of art.

This versatility is achieved on the one hand by the different modules, but also by the variety of materials that come with them. Users can use it to process wood, fabrics, vinyl, paper and leather. Even cutting acrylic is possible thanks to the laser tool and you can also engrave stainless steel with it.
With its various functions, the xTool M1 Ultra is an all-round device that is also easy to use. The machine is easy to set up and is plug & play. The free xTool Creative Space Software (XCS) allows intuitive planning of creative jobs and the various functions of the machine can be controlled via the software. XCS is now also available as an app for Android and iPhone, allowing the M1 Ultra to be controlled from a smartphone. No technical know-how is required to use it and the QuickSwap TM function makes it easy to switch between the various tools. Thanks to its intuitive and user-friendly handling, even teenagers or children can get creative with the M1 Ultra with their parents.

The xTool M1 Ultra processes a wide range of materials
xTool has integrated various functions for safe use. The laser can be blocked and the Lid-Open Stop safety feature ensures that the process is stopped immediately as soon as the machine cover is opened. It also interrupts the production process if the machine is subjected to shocks or jolts. The emergency button also allows the M1 Ultra to be stopped at any time. To protect the eyes, xTool has designed the machine cover to filter the light and an integrated exhaust fan removes harmful gases.
These precautions are among the areas where the M1 Ultra differs from its predecessor, the xTool M1. Unlike its predecessor, however, the M1 Ultra also has the option of a 20 W laser module and enables more materials to be processed. In addition, xTool has already ensured that future additional accessories can be easily combined with the M1 Ultra. The manufacturer is already working on solutions to expand the possibilities with the M1 Ultra in the foreseeable future. The xTool M1 Ultra has been available since July 11th and you can find out more about the device HERE.
