Webinar: How to Start and Scale a 3D Printing Service
On the 29th of October, 3Dnatives will host a new webinar on starting and scaling a 3D printing service. Mike Moceri, CEO of MakerOS, will lead this masterclass in not just how to build a 3D printing service from the ground up, but also how to take it from 0 to 60 in a relatively short amount of time. Having done it himself multiple times over the past decade, Mike shares his knowledge and expertise in this webinar so that attendees will learn from his experiences and avoid making unnecessary mistakes when starting their own 3D printing service.
MakerOS, based in New York City and Detroit, launched a collaboration platform for 3D printing businesses back in 2015. Given the challenges 3D printing companies were facing when managing various client projects at the same time, the MakerOS team decided to launch an online platform that would allow employees and clients to communicate, submit projects, view updates, access files, invoices, and more, all on one secure dashboard. The ultimate aim of the platform is to improve client workflows and increase companies’ profits.
Therefore, Mike Moceri will lay out what you need to start a 3D printing service. Everything, from the hardware to the software, will be included in his overview. He’ll also share his best practices for quoting and intaking new clients, how to manage and retain them over time, and other tips and tricks to have the best chance at success. This webinar is ideal for anyone interested in starting a 3D printing business, or who currently operates a 3D printing service and is looking to scale up their business. There will be an extensive Q&A section of the webinar for Mike to answer questions.
