Scale a 3D Printing Service

On the 29th of October, 3Dnatives hosted a webinar on how to start and scale a 3D printing service. Mike Moceri, CEO of MakerOS, led this masterclass in not just how to build a 3D printing service from the ground up, but also on how to take it from 0 to 60 in a relatively short amount of time. Having done it himself multiple times over the past decade, Mike shared his knowledge and expertise in this webinar so that attendees would be able to learn from his experiences and avoid making unnecessary mistakes when starting their own 3D printing service.

For some context, MakerOS, based in New York City and Detroit, launched a collaboration platform for 3D printing businesses back in 2015. Given the challenges 3D printing companies were facing when managing various client projects at the same time, the MakerOS team decided to launch an online platform that would allow employees and clients to communicate, submit projects, view updates, access files, invoices, and more, all on one secure dashboard. The ultimate aim of the platform is to improve client workflows and increase companies’ profits. You can watch the webinar again below, or get in touch with MakerOS HERE.
