The 3D Printing Show: AM Innovations Across the Value Chain at Formnext 2024
Formnext 2024 started with a bang yesterday with a flurry of announcements and launches from key players in additive manufacturing. And of course, 3Dnatives is on the ground in Frankfurt ready to bring you all the breaking news from the show. This includes the return of the 3D Printing Show with Alex Martel, CEO of 3Dnatives, filmed at Formnext.
This year, the show is an opportunity to explore different innovations from across the value chain by speaking to just a few of the over 850 exhibitors who are present. More specifically, we will be checking in with InssTek, Arkema and Creality, learning about the latest innovative solutions in additive manufacturing and exciting applications in sectors like medical and aerospace. But what exactly can you look forward to in this video?
Speaking with the CEO of InssTek, Michael Sun, we got insights into how the company’s patented Directed Energy Deposition technology works. Not only that, but we were able to see some of the incredible applications from the company, including, of course, the multi-material rocket nozzle that has been one of its centerpieces at Formnext 2024.
We then shifted to sustainable material innovations with Pierre Gonnetan, Global Market Manager at Arkema. During the 3D Printing Show, we had the opportunity to discuss their high-performance solutions at Formnext 2024 and how they are aimed at industries demanding more eco-friendly materials. A sign of the continued commitment of not just Arkema, but the entire industry, putting additive manufacturing at the forefront of sustainability.
Last but not least, we met with Creality, which is certainly one of the most high-profile desktop manufacturers in the Asian market. There, Zora told us more about the company’s latest releases, global user initiatives and how exactly Creality is pushing consumer 3D printing to new heights. Definitely an episode of the 3D Printing Show not to miss!
