What to Expect at ADDITIV Medical World
As mentioned, during the event itself attendees will have access to panel discussions, workshops and networking. The three 40-minute panel discussions will cover the status of 3D printing in dentistry, how AM is revolutionizing customized medical devices such as prostheses, implants and more and what the hospital of the future will look like notably taking into account the role of different 3D technologies. For these, we will be welcoming a number of distinguished speakers including from the Mayo Clinic, Boston Children’s Hospital, Zahn Dental, Field Ready, ASTM International, Korthotics, Prodways, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and much more!
We will also have three workshops at different parts of the day. These will cover the best practices for certification in medical 3D printing, the best materials for AM in healthcare and where we are with bioprinting. These workshops will take the format of a presentation where leaders in the medical sector give their expertise over a 20-minute period including a Q&A at the end.
