ADDITIV Italia

The Italian additive manufacturing market is continuously evolving and we have seen more and more an increased presence of 3D printing in the production and prototyping processes of companies in major industrial sectors. Automotive, aerospace, medical, energy, oil & gas, consumer goods, and sports are just a few of the industries that have realized the enormous benefits of adopting 3D technologies. For example, those from process automation, cost and time savings, optimization of part and component performance, material experimentation and adaptation, custom design, and much more.

Indeed, each industry or even each application has specific peculiarities, needs, strengths and limitations. However, often what is lacking is a proper understanding of the technology and its potential for each specific case. In order to help users to connect, learn and meet to address these issues, 3Dnatives is launching ADDITIV Italia, the virtual event dedicated to the Italian additive manufacturing market and taking place in Italian. Next October 10th from 09:00 to 12:30 AM, it will be possible for participants to attend lectures, workshops and networking sessions with Italian additive manufacturing professionals. If you speak Italian, you can register for free for the event!

More than 300 participants are expected to attend ADDITIV Italia!

The Program of the Event

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with the first panel discussion on “The Benefits of Adopting Additive Manufacturing in Industry 4.0.” The aim is to investigate, in a panel discussion with experts from leading companies using the technology, to delve into the benefits of 3D technologies and the way forward toward a state-of-the-art Industry 4.0. The second panel discussion, on the other hand, will focus on “Materials for Additive Manufacturing: Challenges and Opportunities,” and will feature guest experts knowledgeable on materials engineering and additive manufacturing as they discuss findings and trends in materials for AM.

The program also includes a hands-on workshop, with a presentation on a case application of the technology, and two networking sessions where participants, speakers and companies can interact. There will also be exhibitors presenting the latest 3D printing innovations and solutions at their virtual booths. Additive manufacturing companies interested in becoming exhibitors can book their booths for free HERE. But be aware, spaces are limited and Italian is a must!

Meet Industry Professionals at ADDITIV Italia

ADDITIV Italia already also has a number of partners including Kilometro Rosso, Replicatore.it, Women in 3D Printing Italia, IAM3DHUB and SPE Italy! Additionally, there are many other companies and institutions in the industry who will also participate in the conferences, including the University of Bologna, Involve Space, CIM 4.0 and Accenture!
