Jingrui Proto (Zhuhai Jingrui Additive Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd.), established in 2006, is a professional rapid prototyping and low-volume manufacturing company based in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China. With nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience, we support engineers, product developers, startups and established companies worldwide in turning CAD designs and product concepts into functional prototypes, engineering validation models and production-ready parts.
Our industrial 3D printing capabilities include SLA, SLS, SLM metal 3D printing, MJF, FDM, FGF and full-color 3D printing. We manufacture appearance models, functional prototypes, engineering test parts, complex geometries, metal components, large-format parts and low-volume production components. A wide range of resin, nylon, metal and engineering materials is available for different mechanical, thermal, dimensional and appearance requirements.
In addition to additive manufacturing, Jingrui Proto provides in-house 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining for prototypes and low-volume production. Our CNC capabilities cover aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, engineering plastics and other materials. Typical CNC machining tolerances are ±0.02 mm, while critical features can be evaluated for tolerances down to ±0.005 mm, depending on geometry, material and drawing requirements.
Our integrated manufacturing services also include vacuum casting and silicone molding, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, die casting, surface finishing and product assembly. Vacuum casting is particularly suitable for customers requiring small batches of production-like plastic parts for design validation, functional testing, market testing and pre-production without immediately investing in production injection tooling.
Jingrui Proto also provides extensive post-processing and finishing options for prototype and production parts, including painting, polishing, silk-screen printing, pad printing and other finishing solutions. By combining multiple manufacturing processes and finishing services, customers can manage complex prototype and low-volume manufacturing projects through one project team.
Over the years, our team has gained experience supporting projects for well-known global and Chinese companies including NVIDIA, Toshiba, LG, Yamaha, Midea, Gree, DJI and SAIC, as well as customers and engineering teams across the robotics, medical device, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, consumer electronics and product development industries.

For new projects, our engineers review factors such as part geometry, material, tolerance, quantity, surface finish, functional requirements and delivery schedule to recommend an appropriate manufacturing process. Depending on the application, this may involve 3D printing for fast design validation, CNC machining for precision functional components, vacuum casting for low-volume plastic parts, or a combination of several manufacturing technologies.
