COPPER 3DP

COPPER 3DP is a technical service platform operated by Suzhou Como Precision Materials Co., Ltd., focused on copper additive manufacturing for functional engineering components. The team reviews CAD, drawings, quantities, material requirements, operating conditions, and acceptance criteria before defining a production route. Typical materials include commercially pure copper and copper-chromium-zirconium alloys such as CuCrZr. Project review can cover design-for-additive-manufacturing, powder-removal access, heat treatment, machining allowance, sealing and contact surfaces, cleaning, dimensional inspection, CT review, leak testing, flow checks, and material documentation. COPPER 3DP coordinates qualified manufacturing and downstream operations through a Chinese supply network; it does not claim that every geometry is suitable for additive manufacturing or that all displayed equipment is company-owned. Quotations define the proposed supplier, process, finishing, inspection evidence, lead time, and exclusions for each project.
