Founded in 2015, AON3D develops industrial additive manufacturing systems purpose-built for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing applications where part performance, repeatability, and reliability are critical. Manufactured in North America, AON3D’s open material platform enables organizations to produce production-grade tooling, fixtures, prototypes, and end-use components from high-performance polymers including ULTEM™, PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, and carbon fiber composites.
Unlike traditional closed-material systems, AON3D combines the flexibility and cost advantages of an open material architecture with the ease of use and consistency expected from fully integrated industrial platforms. End-to-end hardware automation, AI-driven multiphysics process optimization, integrated in-process monitoring, and real-time defect detection reduce operator intervention while delivering consistent mechanical performance across demanding applications.
With a large format build volume, actively heated chamber up to 250°C, and support for a broad range of engineering and high-temperature polymers, AON3D helps manufacturers accelerate product development, reduce tooling lead times, and transition additive manufacturing from prototyping to reliable production.
