Published on November 17, 2021 by Madeleine P.

The second day of Formnext 2021 has come to an end and we wanted to give you another opportunity to follow the news of the largest international trade show for additive manufacturing with us. Today, the second day broke records in terms of participation! We met with several market players, including material manufacturers, to understand how material is at the heart of innovation in additive manufacturing.

Gert-Jan Nijhuis, General Manager of 3D Printing Solutions at Lubrizol, Karsten Schlichter, Business Development Manager at Elkem Silicons, and Michael Fokine, Co-Founder of Nobula gave us insights into the potential of materials like silicone, glass and TPU for the 3D printing market. Check out the second episode of the 3D Daily Show!
