Founded in 2015, AON3D develops industrial additive manufacturing systems specifically designed for aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing applications, where part performance, repeatability, and reliability are critical. Manufactured in North America, AON3D’s open materials platform enables companies to produce production-quality tooling, jigs, prototypes, and end components from high-performance polymers such as ULTEM™, PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, and carbon fiber composites.

Unlike traditional closed-material systems, AON3D combines the flexibility and cost advantages of an open-material architecture with the ease of use and consistency expected of fully integrated industrial platforms. Complete hardware automation, AI-driven multiphysics process optimization, integrated in-process monitoring, and real-time defect detection minimize operator intervention while ensuring consistent mechanical performance in demanding applications.

Thanks to a large build volume, an active heating chamber up to 250°C and compatibility with a wide range of engineering and high-temperature polymers, AON3D helps manufacturers accelerate product development, reduce mold production times and move additive manufacturing from prototyping to reliable production.
