IAM3D HUB new logo

The IAM3DHUB - International Advanced Manufacturing 3D Hub - is an industrial consortium composed of several companies from the Additive Manufacturing value chain, such as technology providers, material manufacturers, software developers or post-processing solutions providers.

The goal of the IAM3DHUB is to accelerate the adoption of Additive Manufacturing technologies within in the industry  through a one-stop shop to guide and advice companies in their 3DP/AM transformation.

This support can be offered thanks to the technologies entrusted by the members of the Hub.

Services, or "Technology Adoption Projects", provided by the IAM3DHUB technical team are classified in three main areas:

DfAM & EfAM: Design and Engineering for Additive Manufacturing. This includes conceptualization, design, re-design, 3D modeling, engineering, simulation, optimization, prototyping, testing, validation and certification of new parts, applications, products or tools meant to be produced through additive manufacturing, and the digital transformation of currently existing products, tools, parts or applications aiming to maximize the benefits driven by the adoption of these technologies.

Business & Mentoring: assessment and mentoring that our team can provide to early adopters  in order to identify potential parts, applications, products or tools for whose additive manufacturing  can provide interesting benefits, such as costs reduction, shorter manufacturing times, performance enhancement or other kinds of added value due to their redesign, as structural optimizations or parts customization.

Training: helping companies, after the initial phase of technology experimenting and testing, to acquire the specific design & engineering knowledge, to detect interesting business opportunities unveiled by the adoption of additive manufacturing technologies, and to combine them or select the most appropriate among the available solutions on the market, both technically and economically wise.
