Lo sviluppo di materiali compatibili con i diversi processi ha aperto nuove opportunit\u00e0, consentendo di creare robot flessibili e biocompatibili. Un team di Harvard, nello specifico, ha studiato una particolare tecnologia di stampa 3D per robot pneumatici capaci di piegarsi e deformarsi controllando il flusso d&#8217;aria al loro interno. Ecco a voi di seguito i dettagli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il processo \u00e8 semplice: si basa su una tecnologia di stampa 3D <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/it\/8-ragioni-stampa-3d-multimateriale-111220259\/\">multimateriale <\/a>rotante che consente di depositare vari materiali tramite un unico ugello, seguendo un percorso prestabilito. L&#8217;ugello, infatti, ruota progressivamente durante il deposito del materiale in forma di gel. Attraverso un&#8217;attenta regolazione dell&#8217;ugello, della velocit\u00e0 di rotazione e della portata del materiale, il team ha un controllo preciso sulla forma, sulle dimensioni e sull\u2019orientamento di ogni singolo canale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il canale primario viene quindi rivestito con un involucro in poliuretano. Dopo la solidificazione, i ricercatori estraggono e rimuovono il tubo interno. Il risultato \u00e8 una struttura cava che, se pressurizzata, si piega assumendo forme diverse.
