Il modello combina una tecnologia all&#8217;avanguardia con un design eccezionale e promette un&#8217;esperienza di guida incomparabile. La Reactor Aero si basa sul modello di bici da corsa Reactor gi\u00e0 esistente, ma \u00e8 stata ulteriormente sviluppata dal punto di vista aerodinamico. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 stato fatto in collaborazione con ingegneri e professionisti esterni all&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No. 22, nota per la produzione di biciclette in titanio fatte a mano, ha sviluppato la Reactor Aero, un prototipo realizzato quasi interamente in titanio. Si tratta di un notevole passo avanti, dato che di solito vengono utilizzati solo occhielli in titanio o telai in fibra di carbonio. Il reggisella \u00e8 stato invece realizzato in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/it\/fibra-carbonio-stampa-3d-310520239\/\">fibra di carbonio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bryce Gracey, cofondatore di No.22, spiega: \u201c<em>Il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/it\/titanio-vs-alluminio-stampa-3d-160520239\/\">titanio stampato in 3D<\/a> ha propriet\u00e0 strutturali fenomenali. La possibilit\u00e0 di stampare strutture di supporto interne in qualsiasi punto del telaio ci offre un livello di controllo sulla qualit\u00e0 di guida mai raggiunto prima. Siamo in grado di aggiungere rigidit\u00e0 in aree ad alto carico, come il movimento centrale, i forcellini e il tubo di sterzo, con un peso molto ridotto, e di giocare con la struttura nei minimi dettagli in tutto il telaio per garantire la qualit\u00e0 di guida di cui abbiamo bisogno\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reactor Aero \u00e8 stata sottoposta anche a simulazioni CFD, un&#8217;analisi computerizzata che esamina il flusso d&#8217;aria intorno alla bicicletta e al ciclista per ottimizzare la resistenza all&#8217;aria e l&#8217;aerodinamica. I primi test mostrano una riduzione della resistenza all&#8217;aria del 30-40% rispetto ai modelli attuali. Durante la fase di sviluppo, sono state migliorate le prestazioni di diverse aree della bicicletta, tra cui la rigidit\u00e0 dell&#8217;unit\u00e0 di trasmissione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A tal fine, il tubo obliquo, la giunzione del movimento centrale e i foderi sono stati riprogettati per sfruttare la libert\u00e0 offerta dalla stampa 3D.
