Customer Development Specialist – Industrial B2B

We combine engineering expertise, digital supply chain, and technical consulting to reduce lead time, costs, and complexity for industrial B2B clients.
The Role
We are looking for a growth-oriented Customer Development Specialist with strong experience in industrial B2B sales.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities.
- Developing assigned verticals and accounts.
- Negotiating and closing contracts.
- Building long-term client partnerships.
- This is a revenue-impact role, not a purely operational sales position.
Mission:
- Develop new business (inbound + outbound).
- Identify and approach high-potential industrial targets.
- Present technical-commercial solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to structure proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close deals.
- Monitor KPIs (pipeline, conversion rate, margin).
- Maintain structured CRM reporting.
Profile:
- 3–7 years experience in industrial B2B sales.
- Experience selling technical / engineered solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage technical departments and C-level stakeholders.
- Background in additive manufacturing, CNC machining or industrial components is a strong plus.
