In Unica, the reticular structure of the padding, that is, a network of small interconnected cells, is not based on predefined zones. It is designed for each cyclist based on pressure mapping performed with idmatch, Selle Italia\u2019s measurement system. According to the manufacturer, this optimizes pressure distribution and support and improves stability, which helps maintain good posture for longer.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">How an Unica Saddle Is Made<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The process consists of three steps. First, the cyclist undergoes a pressure analysis at an authorized Unica center. Next, the center places an order for the saddle, and the manufacturing process can be tracked via a web app. Finally, the saddle arrives at the same center about three weeks after the analysis, where it is mounted on the bike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selle Italia notes that its saddle is not intended solely for professionals, but for any cyclist, regardless of skill level. The brand adds that changing bikes or riding position does not necessarily require a new saddle. Usually, it simply requires adjusting the saddle\u2019s position.
