The company points to <strong>lightweight components, tooling, robotics elements, and drone parts<\/strong> as core applications. The FibreSeeker 3 presents a way to produce end-use parts in-house that would previously have required outsourcing to a machine shop or an industrial composite supplier.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">How the FibreSeeker 3 Works<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The FibreSeeker 3 functions thanks to FibreSeek\u2019s core technology, Composite Fibre Co-Extrusion (CFC). During printing, dry continuous reinforcing fiber is impregnated in real time with a liquid polymer matrix, forming a pre-impregnated strand that is then co-extruded alongside a thermoplastic filament. FibreSeek says this in-situ impregnation reduces voids and maximizes fiber volume ratio, allowing the continuous fiber to bear loads along engineered paths within the part.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The hardware is paired with FibreSeek&#8217;s proprietary slicing software, Rocket Slicer, built to reduce the complexity of composite printing for beginners and experienced engineers alike. The software to help determine reinforcement strategy, reducing trial-and-error during print preparation, and offers three application-driven print modes:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Speedy<\/strong> for fast turnaround,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Reinforced<\/strong> for balanced structural integrity,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Fortified<\/strong> for maximum fiber load and structural performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On specifications, FibreSeek cites a build volume of 300 x 300 x 245 mm, and print speeds of up to 500 mm\/s. The machine also features a patented dual-nozzle system, a 65\u00b0C active heated chamber, auto-leveling and calibration, an integrated intelligent camera for monitoring, and support for multiple filament types.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Built on Industrial and Aerospace Foundations<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You\u2019ve likely already caught wind of FibreSeek, which first started making a buzz around Formnext 2025. The company was founded by a team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators with the goal of bringing continuous fiber 3D printing to a broader market. Their technology builds on industrial-grade continuous fiber and aerospace engineering expertise, which FibreSeek has re-engineered into desktop-format hardware, software, and materials.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FibreSeek is led by founder and <strong>CEO Ryan Liu<\/strong>, a 2024 Forbes China 30 Under 30 honoree and an engineer-turned-entrepreneur. Liu worked on industrial-grade continuous fiber printing systems before founding FibreSeek to bring that expertise to a desktop platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Liu has pointed to community feedback as a driver of the product&#8217;s development. During the FibreSeeker 3 crowdfunding campaign, he listened closely to community feedback and led the decision to upgrade the product from Version 1.0 to Version 2.0 following extensive engineering evaluation.
