The Pro XL 3.1: Built for Precision, Designed for Adaptability<\/h2>\n

The <\/span>Pro XL 3.1 <\/span>combines large-format capability with high-speed precision, offering a build volume of 600 \u00d7 400 \u00d7 600 mm and print speeds up to 500 mm\/s. Its upgraded <\/span>CoreXY motion system<\/span><\/b> delivers fast acceleration and quiet operation, while the heated bed and chamber allow temperatures up to 120 \u00b0C and 70 \u00b0C, respectively.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Version 3.1 features fully modular <\/span>Controller Area Network (CAN) bus architecture,<\/span><\/b> which allows devices to communicate with each other. This allows <\/span>for scalable connectivity and simplified servicing. Additionally, the printer features a <\/span>QuickSwap printhead<\/span><\/b> with load-cell probing for automatic calibration. Plus, the printhead is high-speed, capable of extruding up to 80 mm\u00b3\/s. Filament handling is optimized with dual <\/span>DryCore modules<\/span><\/b>, pre-feeding, and active drying with automatic pallet regeneration, while a recirculating air system with HEPA and activated carbon filtration maintains stable climate conditions. Optional upgrades include an under-printer drying cabinet and an auto spool changer supporting up to six 4.5 kg spools, making the system well-suited for uninterrupted, high-mix production.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pro XXL: Industrial Scale, Modular DNA\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The<\/span> Pro XXL <\/span>brings FELIX 3D printers\u2019 modular approach to large-format industrial 3D printing, offering a massive build volume of 1500 \u00d7 1000 \u00d7 1000 mm while maintaining print speeds up to 500 mm\/s. Its <\/span>linear servo motor system<\/span><\/b> with closed-loop feedback delivers 2 \u00b5m resolution and up to 2 G acceleration, ensuring high-speed performance without sacrificing precision. The <\/span>Box-in-Box gantry<\/span><\/b> and stationary print bed with a four-zone vacuum system provide stability and consistent layer adhesion.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, the printer has the same air quality control features as the Pro XL 3.1.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A Modular Ecosystem for the Factory Floor<\/h2>\n

At Formnext, FELIX 3D printers is also showcasing its <\/span>industrial drying cabinet<\/span><\/b>, designed to ensure optimal filament conditions across a range of materials. Its modular design accommodates up to four DryCore units, each capable of handling spools from 250 grams to 4.5 kilograms. With controlled humidity below 10% and drying temperatures up to 90 \u00b0C, it ensures that even the most demanding filaments can be dried.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All systems are supported by FELIX 3D printers\u2019 web-based print server, allowing remote team access, webcam monitoring, and browser-based control.
