Raytheon volunteer engineers and high-school students teamed up to design a new terminal device for a young boy\u2019s prosthetic. Their partners in Texas Scottish Rite hospital oversaw the final design and fitting. They are able to create medical models that replicate a patients organ. Thanks to this technology, surgeons are able to reduce surgery time as they can study and prepare using the 3D printed model.
