Making it necessary at times to be wary of certain projects that seem too ambitious &#8211; one thinks of the\u00a0startup <a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/en\/dubai-3d-printed-high-rise300320174\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cazza Construction<\/a>\u00a0which plans to print skyscrapers but have yet to provide more information on their machine or technology.\u00a0The list of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/en\/3d-printed-house-companies-120220184\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D printed houses manufacturers<\/a>\u00a0is growing and it seems that SQ3D wants to find its place in the market.\u00a0This American company is at the origin of different desktop FDM models. They have with this project taken a different turn by developing a 3D XXL printer for the construction sector.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-41659 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/house.jpg\" alt=\"S-Squared 3D printers\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company explains: &#8220;<em>Our mission is to revolutionize the construction industry forever. This kind of outside-the-box thinking and solutions will reduce environmental impact, cut overhead costs, save lives and prevent injuries.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p><div class=\"dnati-inside-article-leaderboard\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"dnati-3720352801\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/app.swapcard.com\/login\/event\/additiv-defense-2026\/ticket\/VGlja2V0VHlwZV83MDM4MQ==\/page\/UmVnaXN0cmF0aW9uRm9ybV81NjE4Ng==\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"LB (4)\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/03\/LB-4.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"850\" height=\"150\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">ARCS: an XXL machine for the construction sector<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ARCS printer would be able to create structures; from down to 46 square meters up to more than 92,000 square meters. A quite impressive size for this machine that we would like to see at work.\u00a0According to the manufacturer, the 3D printed structure would be resistant to even the most extreme water, fire, mold and weather such as hurricanes.\u00a0Little information is given about the material used but the promises of the manufacturer are more than intriguing!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_41662\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\">\n<div id=\"attachment_41662\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41662\" class=\"wp-image-41662 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/house2.jpg\" alt=\"S-Squared 3D printers\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-41662\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">S-Squared 3D printers has been working on this ARCS machine for a few years<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ARCS printer would be built in just 6 hours, designed to reduce the risk of construction-related injuries.\u00a0S-Squared 3D Printers plans to create a network of a hundred machines.\u00a0The manufacturer concludes: &#8220;<em>Our humanitarian goal is to create homes for the less fortunate and impoverished regions.&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0They explain: &#8220;Construction<em> costs in these third world countries can be as little as $1,000 for a 500 square foot home.
