This role is critical to maintaining accurate material control, ensuring equipment readiness, and supporting production flow within a metal additive manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position working across lab, warehouse, and production areas, with responsibilities spanning powder handling, inventory tracking, equipment support, and shipment coordination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Job Duties &amp; Inventory Management<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Track and manage metal powder inventory (virgin, used, and scrap)<\/li>\n<li>Support powder movement between machines, sieving, storage, and production<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP\/MES systems<\/li>\n<li>Assist with month-end inventory counts and reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and storage of all materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tool Room &amp; Machine Tool Inventory<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Manage tool room inventory, including cutting tools, tool holders, gauges, and consumables<\/li>\n<li>Track machine tool inventory and usage across CNC and production equipment<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate tool crib records and reorder points in ERP\/MES systems<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with machinists and production teams on tool availability and replenishment<\/li>\n<li>Support organization, labeling, and calibration tracking for tools and gauges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lab Operations Support<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Assist in maintaining lab organization, cleanliness, and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Support powder sampling, handling, and preparation for testing<\/li>\n<li>Help manage lab consumables and inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Assist engineering\/quality teams with material-related requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Equipment Support (EOS M-400 &amp; Powder Handling Systems)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Assist with maintenance and upkeep of EOS M-400 powder dispensers<\/li>\n<li>Support material changeovers and material change kits<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on lab\/powder equipment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with maintenance or OEMs for escalated issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shipping, Receiving &amp; Packaging<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Assist with packaging and shipment of printed parts and materials<\/li>\n<li>Support inbound\/outbound logistics, including receiving powders and consumables<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with handling and shipping requirements for metal powders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documentation and maintain shipment records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cross-Functional Support (Control Tower \/ Operations)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Provide backup support to production control \/ \u201ccontrol tower\u201d activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with tracking work orders, material availability, and job flow<\/li>\n<li>Help identify and resolve material or logistical bottlenecks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Profile<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Required<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, lab, or technical operations role<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Basic mechanical aptitude (tools, equipment handling, troubleshooting)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift\/move materials (up to ~50 lbs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Preferred<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"auyl8d auymfm auymt3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Experience in additive manufacturing or metal powders<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with EOS systems (M-400 or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP\/MES or inventory systems<\/li>\n<li>Forklift or material handling experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Skills &amp;
