You will be the Additive Manufacturing Development Sr. Manager (Level 6) for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for driving the execution of the high\u2011level strategy and technical roadmap of Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control to ensure alignment, resource allocation, product integration, and capabilities deployment for additive manufacturing technologies.<\/p>\n
As the Additive Manufacturing Development Sr. Manager (Level 6) you will be responsible for advancing additive manufacturing capabilities across the program.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u2022 BS, MS, or PhD in an engineering, computer science, or other science related field<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience in technical program management<\/p>\n
\u2022 Able to distill complex, multifactor issues, projects, data, and decisions through excellent written, presentation, and communication skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Exceptional communication and interpersonal
\nskills<\/p>\n
\u2022 5+ years of Additive manufacturing experience developing or deploying capabilities, materials, or products<\/p>\n
\u2022 Familiarity working in the Aerospace and defense industries<\/p>\n
\u2022 5+ years of experience in technical program\/project management in a manufacturing environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with metal additive processes including L-PBF and DED<\/p>\n
\u2022 Previous leadership experience<\/p>\n

Work Schedules: <\/b>Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.<\/p>\n
