It addresses multiple applications within the Industrial, Medical and Consumer verticals.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mission<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">XJet Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers remotely and at the Customer\u2019s site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The FSE will be required to install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide and ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.<\/p><div class=\"dnati-inside-article-leaderboard\" style=\"text-align: center;\" id=\"dnati-2817761447\"><a data-no-instant=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/webinar\/register\/3717757396787\/WN_sBfwcCHoQSq1mEANYpWa6Q\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"a2t-link\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"LB (3)\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.3dnatives.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/LB-3.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"850\" height=\"150\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>Provide remote technical support to customers\u2019 various applications<\/li>\n<li>Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellently<\/li>\n<li>Writing &amp; editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Profile<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>At least 3 years\u00a0of prior experience in a technical support or field service role.
