What to Expect at ADDITIV Polymers World 2025

Polymers remain at the heart of additive manufacturing, and their role is rapidly expanding. Once used mainly for prototyping, they’re now powering end-use parts and large-scale industrial applications. That’s why we’re bringing them back into focus at the third edition of ADDITIV Polymers World, happening virtually on October 9th, 2025. Hosted on Swapcard, the event makes it easy to attend live sessions, network, and message participants. You’ll even be able to schedule one-on-one meetings with key players from the polymer AM market, before and after the event. Confirmed sponsors and partners include EOS, Raplas, SPE, IAM3DHUB, 3DPrint.com, Wevolver, ASTM and AMGTA. Register here for FREE.
Last year, more than 500 professionals joined, and with 300+ registrations already in, this year promises to be even bigger. The question is: what topics will take center stage in 2025?

ADDITIV Polymers World 2025 will bring together leading voices in polymer additive manufacturing through three panels and two workshops. The first panel will explore how polymer AM is transforming medicine today, with Sherri Monroe, Executive Director at AMGTA, moderating a discussion featuring Liam Krueger, a PhD candidate in 3D-printed pharmaceuticals at the University of Queensland, and Gabe Linke, 3D Imaging and Advanced Visualization Manager at Children’s Nebraska.
The second panel will shift the focus to composite 3D printing for industrial applications. Gil Lavi, CEO of 3D Alliances, will serve as moderator, joined by Dr. Seokpum Kim, Senior R&D Scientist at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, to share insights from composites research and use cases. Finally, the third panel will examine broader market trends and the future of the sector, with perspectives from Lionel Ridosz, Additive Manufacturing Director at Safran, and Richard Wooldridge, CEO of Raplas Technologies Ltd.
Alongside the panels, the event will also feature two workshops, offering attendees a chance to gain more in-depth knowledge of solutions relevant to the polymer AM market. Topics will be announced soon, but in the meantime, you can explore the full agenda and stay up to date HERE.
On-demand content will also be available to all who register. This includes insights from the first editions of ADDITIV Polymers World, plus content about different aspects of polymer 3D printing, including tips, exciting applications and more. Be sure to register for free HERE to get access.
