WEBINAR: Manage Your Production alongside Shopfloor Data—Maximizing OEE with EOS Connectivity

A successful additive manufacturing operation relies on more than just advanced machines or powerful software—it depends on how seamlessly the two work together. Even with the best hardware and most cutting-edge software, productivity can stall if they aren’t properly integrated. The key to overcoming this challenge lies in maximizing shopfloor data, not only collecting performance information but also interpreting it and adapting workflows accordingly.
One critical benchmark is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which measures the percentage of truly productive manufacturing time. A perfect OEE score of 100% means only good parts are produced (100% quality), at maximum speed (100% performance) and without interruption (100% availability). While achieving this level of efficiency is the ultimate goal, the real question for manufacturers is: how can they begin to get there?

EOS connectivity allows users to optimize their workflows.
That’s exactly what our upcoming webinar, Manage Your Production alongside Shopfloor Data—Maximizing OEE with EOS Connectivity will address. On Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, from 4:00–5:00 PM CEST, we’ll take a close look at how EOS machines, paired with Materialise software, can unlock smarter, more scalable, and more sustainable AM production. Attendees will discover how to connect machines with digital workflows, automate production and make data-driven decisions. The session will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A.
The webinar will be led by experts from two of the industry’s most established players: Materialise, a pioneer in 3D printing software and services with over 25 years of experience supporting industries from healthcare to aerospace; and EOS, a global leader in polymer and metal AM solutions known for its commitment to responsible, end-to-end manufacturing. Together, they’ll bring expertise in combining hardware and software to drive real-world innovation. If you’re ready to improve your OEE, be sure to register for the free webinar HERE.
