Central to this collaboration is the integration of ROBOZE’s cutting-edge 3D printing technology into the development process of the team’s racing vehicles. By leveraging the company’s AM capabilities, the team unlocks access to manufactured parts boasting intricate geometries previously deemed unattainable with conventional methods.

Of particular significance is the use of Carbon PEEK, a super polymer infused with carbon fibers, selected explicitly from ROBOZE’s portfolio of advanced materials for the collaboration. Renowned for its exceptional resistance to heat and stress, Carbon PEEK promises significant weight savings without sacrificing durability or performance on the track.

Alessio Lorusso, CEO of ROBOZE, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing its potential to redefine standards in motorsport engineering. “This partnership represents a significant step forward in our mission to push the boundaries of 3D printing technology, bringing our advanced materials like Carbon PEEK directly to the Formula 1 track. It’s a unique opportunity to demonstrate how our solutions can help redefine performance and efficiency parameters in motorsport.”

Stefano Natali, Director of Production at Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team, echoed Lorusso’s sentiments, highlighting the transformative impact of ROBOZE’s 3D printing technologies on the team’s design and manufacturing processes. “The ability to use materials like Carbon PEEK allows us not only to optimize the weight and strength of our vehicles but also to significantly accelerate our development and innovation cycles, keeping us one step ahead of the competition.”

With both organizations sharing a vision for innovation and excellence, the partnership between ROBOZE and Visa Cash App RB is poised to set new benchmarks in Formula One engineering. “This partnership is a cornerstone of our strategy to stay at the forefront of the world championship,” Natali added. As the 2024 Formula One season unfolds, all eyes will be on the Visa Cash App RB F1 team as they showcase the fruits of this partnership on the race track.
