RAPID + TCT 2025 innovations

RAPID + TCT 2025 has closed its doors! But thankfully, we still have plenty of content from the largest additive manufacturing and industrial 3D printing event in North America. This includes a video on some of the coolest 3D printing innovations that we saw at RAPID + TCT this year.

The 3D printing sector is constantly evolving and innovation is clearly the backbone of the field. That is why events like RAPID + TCT are so highly anticipated each year: not only can you catch up on all the trends in additive manufacturing but you can also see the latest innovations coming out. Filippos Voulpiotis, Managing Director of 3Dnatives, took a tour around the show floor to pick the most exciting ones.

First up, we stopped at the booth of Toolkit3D to learn more about its software integrator. By allowing for all software in everything from scanning to 3D printing and even post-processing together, it is possible to automate the workflow and go from idea to production much faster. Next, Rapid Liquid Print showed off its gravity-free 3D printing thanks to its innovative process which uses silicone in a hydrogel bath. Another interesting printer at RAPID + TCT was the P3-44 Astra from JuggerBot 3D, a large-scale FDM 3D printer designed specifically for PVC production. Moving on, we saw the new Centauri Carbon from Elegoo, an FDM 3D printer that is trying to challenge Bambu Lab’s dominance of the market with its speed, strength and precision. Last but not least, we saw the new Drycon drying and annealing system from BigRep.

A year full of innovations at RAPID + TCT! From software to materials and printers, there was something for everyone. Watch the full video to get our thoughts on all the solutions.
