Pam Pro: The Faster, More Affordable 3D Pellet Printer from Pollen AM

According to a study by DataIntelo published two years ago, the market for pellet 3D printers is expected to exceed $3.5 billion by 2032, with a strong annual growth rate of 12.5% over the period. Manufacturers are becoming increasingly aware of the advantages of additive manufacturing using pellets, including known and controlled chemistry, predictable properties and flexibility.
Listening to users and responding to market demand, Pollen AM has designed Pam Pro: a pellet 3D printer focused on speed and accessibility, both in terms of handling and price. Pam Pro completes an already proven range of systems and stands out for its large size and high production rate.

The Characteristics of Pam Pro
With a print volume of 680 x 680 x 500 mm and up to two lighter IDEX extruders, the mission is clear: to boost productivity. Compared with Pollen AM’s other machines, Pam Pro achieves a print speed of 500mm/s.
Pollen AM has meticulously addressed the main challenges often faced by pellet technology. As a result, operating the new 3D printer is much more technically accessible. This means that the machine is reliable and accessible, and that it comes with a whole portfolio of compatible materials. At launch, the French manufacturer is offering a turnkey catalog ranging from convenience materials to elastomers. Additionally, Pollen AM offers a specialized print profile development service for any additional materials.
For high productivity and ease of use, Pam Pro focuses on automation and control. A touch screen and automatic calibration system ensure smooth set-up and operation. Automated material infeed enables higher production speeds. An integrated camera provides feedback on print behavior, optimizing performance and reducing downtime.

Didier Fonta, Pollen’s Managing Director, adds: “Pam Pro is designed to be upgradeable, and the aim is to be able to improve its features and material catalog to meet the needs of manufacturers. We want to facilitate access to 3D pellet printers, convinced of the advantages of the technology and the projects that can result from it. It’s a machine that meets all the challenges faced by our current users. Thanks to a moderate investment and the use of pellets, offering the most attractive material cost on the market, Pam Pro is positioned as a particularly cost-effective production solution.”
An introductory offer enables companies to acquire the Pam Pro for less than 30,000 euros. Finally, Pollen AM continues to expand its distribution network to be closer to its customers and extend its geographical coverage.
Pam Pro is currently available for pre-order, with the first deliveries scheduled for September 2025. It will be presented for the first time at the TCT 3Sixty show, to be held on June 4 and 5 in Birmingham, England, where attendees can discover it at Pollen AM stand D38.
It will also be available for private viewing at Pollen AM’s premises. Don’t hesitate to contact the team for more information!
