Kexcelled Brings Eco-Aesthetic Series and Flexible Filaments to Formnext

Published on November 20, 2025 by Julia S.

At Formnext this year, Kexcelled is drawing attention with one of the most surprising material innovations on the show floor: eco-aesthetic PLA filaments infused with real coffee, tea, and bamboo. Known for its broad portfolio of filaments and resins, the company is bringing a sensory dimension to 3D printing by introducing materials that offer natural textures, organic tones, and subtle aromas. We visited the Kexcelled booth to smell the coffee and tea filaments ourselves, and caught some visitor reactions!

But the Eco-Aesthetic Series is only part of the story. Kexcelled is also unveiling a range of high-performance flexible filaments, including PEBA “Super TPU,” foaming TPU, and a matte-finish 95A TPU. These materials are formulated for smooth, consistent printing and engineered to meet the demands of applications such as footwear, athletic gear, and impact-absorbing components.

Together, these new lines showcase how Kexcelled is expanding filament capabilities, making 3D printing more sustainable, sensory, and performance-driven. Watch the video below for the full rundown, and if you want to see and smell these filaments yourself, visit Kexcelled at Hall 12.1, Stand C22.
