HeyGears Expands the Possibilities of Resin 3D Printing
HeyGears is a manufacturer of 3D printing solutions, best known for its resin machines that allow countless users to unleash their creativity and produce a wide variety of parts. At Formnext 2025, the company unveiled a series of innovations designed to offer even more possibilities, whether in consumer goods, design, art, or the dental professional sector. But what are these new 3D printers, and what sets them apart? We sat down with part of the team to learn more.
3Dnatives had the chance to speak with Summer Ge and Lijun Zuo, both Product Managers at HeyGears. They told us more about the new Reflex 2 range, which includes the Reflex 2 and Reflex 2 Pro. These machines were developed for applications requiring transparency and elasticity. The goal is to deliver a streamlined, accessible workflow that helps bring any idea to life.
We also took this opportunity to explore HeyGears’ dental solutions, including the A2D HD 3D printer and the company’s Multi-Material Fusion technology. The manufacturer has designed a system perfectly suited for office environments, easier to handle and significantly faster when it comes to print speed. Users can rely on a powerful tool for creating aligners and other dental applications.
Finally, the HeyGears booth showcased a wide range of 3D-printed pieces, clearly illustrating the full potential of resin 3D printing. It is a way for the company to strengthen its presence in this segment of additive manufacturing and reaffirm its expertise.
