HeyGears at Formnext: New Printers and Resins for All Applications

Published on November 18, 2025 by Lily-Swann

Formnext 2025 is officially underway! The doors opened this morning, and the exhibition hall is already buzzing with energy. With over 800 exhibitors, including machine manufacturers, distributors, and service providers, the event is once again set to propel the adoption of additive manufacturing around the world. Among the companies at Formnext is HeyGears, a long-standing developer of 3D printing solutions. Located in Hall 12.1 at booth C09, the company is presenting a wide range of machines and materials designed to help users create increasingly high-performance applications. So, what exactly is happening at the HeyGears booth, and why is it worth a visit? Let’s dive in.

HeyGears is an expert in resin-based additive manufacturing, offering 3D printers tailored to a variety of industries and use cases. The company is especially well-known in the professional fields, where customers rely on its machines and resins to boost productivity and deliver results reliably and efficiently. This year at Formnext, HeyGears is demonstrating its newest offerings highlighting several concrete applications that demonstrate the power and potential of its technology.

High-Performance Machines at the HeyGears Booth

At Formnext this year, HeyGears is officially unveiling its brand-new range of 3D printers, the Reflex 2 series. Visitors can discover both the Reflex 2 and Reflex 2 Pro, two systems engineered to enhance both the productivity and reliability of resin 3D printing. Notably, the Reflex 2 Pro features a larger build volume (230 x 144 x 350 mm) than the standard model, along with more precise light projection for optimized resin curing. The result is smoother surface finishes and less material waste.

The team shared: “The launch of the Reflex 2 Series 3D printers marks a major milestone for HeyGears in our mission to deliver greater 3D printing production capabilities to users worldwide. We remain committed to building an ecosystem of products that empower more creators and manufacturers to bring their ideas and products to life with greater ease.”

A Wide Range of Resins to Meet Different Needs

While 3D printer performance is crucial, HeyGears‘ resin portfolio plays an equally important role in bringing high-quality applications to life. This year, the company is showcasing several standout solutions. One example is PAE20 resin, a highly elastic elastomer with excellent tear resistance. It is also biocompatible, making it especially valuable for wearable applications. At the booth, HeyGears is displaying a variety of 3D-printed applications made with PAE20, including wearable products, footwear, and orthopedic devices.

Another notable material is PAT10, a transparent resin known for its exceptional dimensional stability and high impact resistance. It is also highly UV-resistant, meaning it will not yellow easily over time. PAT10 is an ideal choice for creating artistic pieces, figurines, or any other application that requires transparency and clarity.

Finally, HeyGears will also be presenting high-temperature resins, including PAH270, which can withstand heat levels of up to 270°C. It’s clear that the company has built extensive expertise in the field of materials, and visitors are encouraged to meet the team on site to explore how these solutions can support their specific needs and projects.

Spotlight on the Dental Sector

The HeyGears booth also offers a deep dive into the possibilities of dental 3D printing. The company provides a range of solutions tailored to dental professionals, from laboratory-grade machines to advanced resins that meet the industry’s highest standards. At the booth, you can see their A2D HD printer, a system designed for office use and paired with dedicated post-processing equipment for cleaning and curing parts.

One highlight not to miss is the “Double-Sided High-Transparency Splint Solution,” HeyGears’ innovative approach to quickly producing transparent dental splints at highly competitive costs. The splints come out fully transparent on both sides, with no need for polishing.

You’ll also find examples of 3D-printed dental implants and orthodontic devices at the booth. If you’re attending Formnext, be sure to stop by booth C09 in Hall 12.1 to meet the team and explore the full offering. And if you’re not in Frankfurt this year, you can find more information HERE.
