Among the many different sectors in which 3D printing can be found, one that is increasing popular is consumer goods. Essentially, these are the final products of the manufacturing process, which satisfy consumer needs in a direct way. This field includes clothing, household appliances, personal care products, equipment, cosmetics, toys, etc. Additive manufacturing is increasingly being implemented in this sector as it allows the production of parts more quickly, cheaply, and on site, thus directly satisfying consumer needs.
