Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end customer implementation projects.
  • Manage customer integration projects
  • Diagnose customer operations.
  • Manage project risks and stakeholders.
  • Consult customers on best practice product usage.

Profile

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

  • An interest in advanced manufacturing.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Consulting or Customer Success.
  • University degree in Engineering.
