The Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer role is a lead-level position based in Billund, Denmark, focused on advancing additive manufacturing technologies toward industrial-scale implementation. As part of the Additive Design & Manufacturing Technology Maturing & Analytics team, the role involves designing and implementing robust manufacturing setups, optimizing AM processes, and driving systematic improvements through testing, data analysis, and structured experimentation. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and production sites to ensure reliable, repeatable, and scalable AM solutions across metal and polymer technologies. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in workflow standardization or industrial manufacturing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic, international environment while contributing to capability building and knowledge transfer across the organization.
