Profile
The Senior Process Engineer, Metal Additive is a senior-level technical role focused on developing, scaling, and automating metal additive manufacturing processes for high-volume, patient-specific dental components. Based remotely within the United States, this role owns the end-to-end metal additive workflow, including powder and parameter development, post-processing, inspection, and full robotic integration. As a subject-matter expert in laser powder bed fusion and related technologies, the engineer drives process qualification, yield improvement, and lights-out manufacturing capability while collaborating closely with design, R&D, automation, software, and quality teams. The ideal candidate brings six or more years of experience in metal additive manufacturing within regulated or high-precision industries, strong systems-level thinking, and the ability to translate additive process science into reliable and scalable production solutions capable of delivering thousands of custom parts per day.
