Mission

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the sales portfolio in the territory. Generate and develop a sales pipeline, engage with customers and key accounts to generate short and long term growth. This role reports to the International Sales Director.

  • Responsible for developing a sales pipeline in the territory
  • Develop, manage and grow key accounts
  • Drive aggressive growth plans, aligned and beyond company objectives
  • Set and track sales account targets
  • Establish a business plan for the region
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Establish clear sales objectives for the region
  • Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management
  • Build and maintain positive client, partner and customer relationships
  • Give basic technical demonstrations on both low and high levels
  • Attend trade shows and conventions as needed (and as possible, given COVID-19)

Profile

  • Engineering degree, Sales and/or marketing, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in 3D Software (CAD to Manufacturing)
  • Strong technical skills in 3D technologies
  • History of success in building a regional market and strategy
  • Natural business management skills
  • Experience in forecasting sales and building a customer base
  • Flexible schedule and able to travel (when possible)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt in a fast growing and performing environment
