Do you enjoy inspecting and measuring small parts? 3DEO is looking for a Quality Technician with laser-like focus to join our fast growing company. 3DEO is a supplier of small & complex stainless steel components, which we manufacture with our proprietary metal 3D printers. Every customer that works with us benefits from our breakthrough metal 3D printing technology. We are looking for a passionate Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and somewhat mechanically inclined. This position will be required to use calipers, gage pins, inspect parts, and potentially operate automated vision systems. Someone who has quality experience would be helpful, but not required. A positive attitude is a must. This is a full-time position that affords the right candidate the ability to get in on the ground floor of this exciting new company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Quality Control Technician will inspect production parts in process and perform final inspections on customer parts. Immediate activities include areas of direct responsibility along with flexible support to the production engineering staff. * Visual Inspection for defects * Dimensional Inspection with Keyence Vision Systems * Dimensional Inspection using Calipers, Pin Gauges, Micrometers etc.
Profile
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Technical school certification or undergraduate degree is not required but is considered a plus.
