Founded in 2018 by a team of pioneers, passionate about bringing the next generation of high performance manufacturing, we aspire to mass-produce high-performance composites as easily as metals. We do this by automating and digitizing the production workflow of composite production at the most innovative companies.

We understand the complexities of anisotropic materials and the manual process in manufacturing carbon composites. To simplify this, we set out to provide an all-in-one solution to help our customers radically ramp up their composites series production and turn their series production ideas into production cases within months – not years.

So we built a software as a service suite, powered by integrated FEA simulation tools, that allows to quickly come up with highly optimised designs. Then we combined state of the art additive manufacturing equipment with advanced post processing technology to enable serial manufacturing of structural composite parts.


Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of experts who develop our products, as well as sales and business development teams. Your role will be to carry our message at scale both geographically and across industries (including in some of the most exciting markets, from aerospace to medical, leisure and luxury products).

You will push our customer growth through automation and innovative digital campaigns, as well as targeted professional events. Your expertise in marketing analytic tools is key to learn from campaigns and adapt their content and their channels in order to maximise inbound lead generation. In parallel, your role in organising and participating in targeted events will allow you to interact with key stakeholders both within and outside of our organisations, and identify new opportunities while strengthening our brand.YOUR MISSION
This role is a 70-30 split between inbound marketing and events management requiring strong planning skills while being hands-on to implement strategies attracting qualified audiences.

> After 3 months you will…
Have gotten to know the company structure, values and goals
Have gained an overview of our additive manufacturing solutions
Have built strong relationships within the company
Start proposing new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas and challenge and support the optimisation of a tracking system for marketing campaigns and online activities
Start supporting event brand awareness and lead generation goals, including promotional campaigns, collateral, and targets

> After 6 months you will…
Have established a regular collaboration with other departments to create a regular cadence of content for lead generation (ebooks, webinars, blog posts, etc)
Draft an inbound lead generation strategy to create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition
Track, monitor, and report on new campaign performance and ROI of evergreen campaigns.
Leverage learnings from campaigns back to the creative team to develop more effective advertising campaigns
Plan, organise, and manage our presence at regional events, including strategy and logistics

> After 12 months you will…
Have established strong trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our ecosystem of external partners and freelancers
Plan and manage a promotional calendar across all content and channel assets to ensure a high level of qualified inbound leads
Plan, organise, and manage our presence at some of the largest trade shows, including strategy, logistics, and contract negotiations with partner agencies
Coordinate teams of 10 to 15+ employees during the duration of a trade show
Provide regular summaries of campaign performance and recommend, design and implement improvement strategies
Proactively identify new technologies and improvements to existing platforms to enhance the companies digital marketing capabilities


> Technical requirements
Bachelor’s of Arts with a specialisation degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on complex technical (ideally hardware and software) assets that require explanation
Advanced analytical and reporting skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms (Marketo, Bizible, Magento, Sitefinity…)
Expert knowledge of SEO best practices
Advanced knowledge of inbound lead generation and marketing automation practices
Proven experience in performance based digital marketing
Experienced with CMS and CRM systems (specifically Hubspot)

> Other requirements
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, organise and prioritise, and respond quickly to changes
Ability to find the right balance between efficient planning and flexibility
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally and spend upwards of 1.5 weeks at a time on the road
Proven ability to work both analytically and creatively, as well as collaborate closely with both technical and non technical teams and stakeholders at all levels

> And bringing this is a plus
HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience
Experience in the composites industry

> Language requirements:
English and German – fluent (C1 / C2)
French, Italian, and/or Spanish: a strong plus.
