Mission

Working as part of the tooling organisation you will be responsible for the operation of the CNC Router, Laser Etcher, 3D Printer and the construction and preventative maintenance of Material Handling solutions. You be an integral part of the continuous improvement process at Cal and will support Safety, Quality, Deliver and cost improvements across the entire Caledonian Site.

Job Description

• Creation, review, and modification of CNC Router programs.
• Safe operation of the CNC Router, Laser Etcher, 3D printer and all relevant hand operated tools.
• Creation of setup charts, risk assessments and other documents.
• Work to priorities as set by Tooling Leader
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are understood and met.
• Assist with the procurement of materials required for the operation of the CNC Router, Laser Etcher, 3D printer and Material Handling Solutions.

Profile

Requirements

• Previous experience in the operation of NC/CNC machines.
• Experience of working in engineering environment

• NC in Engineering
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software packages
