Mission
XJet Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers remotely and at the Customer’s site.
The FSE will be required to install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide and ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels.
Responsibilities:
- Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.
- Provide remote technical support to customers’ various applications
- Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.
- Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellently
- Writing & editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.
Profile
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a technical support or field service role. Preferably from multi-disciplinary companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field – (Practical mechanical, mechatronics, electro-optic, or electronic engineering degree or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent level of English
