Mission

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate additive manufacturing equipment, performing calibration and routine maintenance as necessary
  • Conduct post processing of additive manufactured parts ensuring quality standards are maintained
  • Follow production plans and schedules, ensuring that all required materials and resources are available
  • Monitor production processes, identifying and raising any issues that arise
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and take corrective action as needed under guidance from Additive Manufacturing Engineers
  • Ensure that all production activities are conducted in accordance with established quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including materials used, production quantities, and quality results etc
  • Maintain operational cleanliness of additive manufacturing space

Profile

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience with various 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLS, SLA, etc.)
  • Strong focus on quality with the ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of material science and engineering principles
  • Previous experience of operating additive manufacturing equipment
  • Familiarity with CAD software and models

Salary: £28,636+ depending on skills and experience
