Profile

This graduate internship program invites recent engineering graduates to join Airbus Spain beginning March 2026 for an 11 month full time experience that combines practical industry work with a specialized Master’s program developed in partnership with Camilo José Cela University. Participants will join the Jigs and Tools team in Cádiz, contributing to the development of molds and tooling through additive manufacturing, from defining requirements and designing parts to supporting production setup and delivery. Interns will gain exposure to a full aerostructures factory, including manufacturing engineering, quality, production, and program management, while also developing design and programming skills essential for additive manufacturing. Ideal candidates hold an aerospace or industrial engineering degree, are fluent in English and Spanish, possess CATIA V5 knowledge, and bring strong analytical, problem solving, and teamwork capabilities suited to a complex international environment.
