PERI’s Field Service Technician within the Construction Printing team will be working with a team domestically and internationally to train customers, answer questions on how to use PERI’s 3D concrete printer, and assist with finding solutions for our customers. In addition, this position will support the 3D team in the development, planning, and execution of internal projects.


Your responsibilities

    • Provide training on operation, maintenance, and quality assurance of 3D printing equipment.
    • Provide equipment maintenance
    • Diagnose equipment errors and provide solutions
    • Support clients on their projects
    • Assist in the technical execution of PERI’s 3D concrete printing projects
    • Train customers on how to operate and maintain PERI’s 3D concrete printer
    • Support customers and PERI’s 3D team in 3D concrete printing projects
    • Operate PERI’s 3D Construction Printer (BOD2) on and off customer sites
    • Supervise and provide feedback on equipment operation
    • Diagnose equipment error by checking electrical continuity, current and voltage
    • Develop training material
    • Develop maintenance procedures
    • Execute maintenance and repairs
    • Organize warehouse equipment, tools, and materials


  • Good communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge on operating automation equipment
  • Ability to diagnose automation equipment.
  • Exceptional communicator with well-developed presentation skills and comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Finalized an electronic or mechatronic program
  • Knowledge of safety rules of revision and operation of high voltage systems
  • Hands-on experience in evaluating automation/electrical systems.
  • Experience using a multimeter and operating and maintaining electrical motors
  • Critical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ideally, professional experience in customer service or in the commissioning of large-scale machinery
  • Ability to work independently and in a group within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong competitive drive and is resilience by nature
  • Knowledge of OSHA Regulations in general safety and concrete construction
