Aufgaben
Enterprise Deal Closer
- Own the sales cycle from discovery to close for deals from €20k to €200k+.
- Navigate complex buying processes with technical and business stakeholders in manufacturing, procurement, and sustainability.
Sales Playbook Architect
- Support founders in refining and scaling our founder-led sales process into a structured, repeatable playbook.
- Develop sales collateral including pitch decks, proposal templates, battlecards, and objection-handling resources.
System & Team Builder
- Identify and define improvements in our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Define hiring profiles and onboarding plans for future SDRs and AEs.
- Mentor and guide junior sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Co-develop an internationalization strategy—e.g., GTM for the US.
- Act as a voice of the customer – Share insights and feedback from the field with product, marketing, and leadership to help shape product direction and strategic priorities.
Profil
- 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals >€20k.
- Experience in both startups and scaleups, with agile environments and structured sales teams.
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or software verticals.
- Strong communicator with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Proficient in Business English (C1+); German proficiency (C1+) is a strong plus.
- Process-oriented with strong CRM (HubSpot) experience.
- Coaching mindset with a passion for mentoring junior teammates.
Bonus Points
- Industry Knowledge: Manufacturing technologies, sales & procurement workflows, AM, CNC, casting, RFQs, quoting, costing, and TCO.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of CAD, PLM, MES, ERP, CRM systems.
- Strategic Positioning: Experience positioning solutions within C-level initiatives like cost-saving, digitization, ESG, and CO2 reduction.
- Passion for AI and Sustainability.
- Based in or near Hamburg, or willing to travel occasionally for workshops.
