The Basque company Samylabs, based in Bizkaia, Spain, specializes in SLM (Selective Laser Melting) additive manufacturing. This metal process allows users to obtain final parts with very good mechanical qualities, which in many cases are impossible to manufacture by other traditional means.
Founded in 2016, the company was founded with the goal of making metal 3D printing more accessible by greatly reducing the costs of laser melting technology. Ultimately, hoping to offer small companies, training centers and universities the possibility of materializing their projects and designs.
