The Vienna-based Cubicure GmbH has specialized in the additive manufacturing of plastic parts since 2015. In addition to carrying out project studies, printing materials and machines, other solution applications for industrial 3D printing are also developed. Notably, the company also has its own patented technology, named hot lithography which is worth mentioning. The procedure refers to the removal and coating of resins with a very high viscosity. Temperatures during the process can rise to 120°C, which can affect various characteristics of the material, such as robustness and reactivity. Nevertheless, at the same time a high precision final product can be ensured with this methodology.
